Part 1: Comparative analysis of the articles Due to increased use of Internet applications and different services Information management systems had become important and widely spread throughout the many organizations and every individual. Recently Ethical practices in business organizations and different institutes are becoming the cornerstone and there was the ongoing escalation in the practicing. Based on the areas and cultural events ethical behaviors are being governed by the organizations. Privacy of an organization plays an important role to maintain the company integrity, since confidentially in ethics hold in an organization. Management information systems and Ethical behavior both play a significant role in every organization which making to build a relationship between the employees and increasing company’s productivity. However, in all the four articles it clearly depicts that innovation is obtained by the information systems but ethics is playing a significant role to maintain, secure and for properly utilizing ethical considerations are important. Part 2: Why or Why not? In textbook chapter 14 has outlined the concept regarding ethical considerations in management information systems and in its technology. The above four articles also described same concepts of ethics, security, and privacy in information systems. For instance, the above articles have given the concept that ethical considerations are significant for an organization to maintain their innovation privacy, security in IT field. The same concept was reflected in the textbook chapter 14. Part 3: According to my perspective, my organization and I considered that ethical consideration is really important for maintaining all IT systems issues. From the above four dissertations, it is clearly understood that ethical-legal issues of all IT departments are mainly because of rupture of ethical information. And also learned that if a company has good ethical considerations, the efforts o the companies are successful to both employees and organization. The employees in the company should feel to it that they act professionally and be in the forefront of supporter for desired ethics from the company management. I also had learned that for an organization who operate ethically as far as information management is concerned, individuals need to go it with ethically. In holding the ethical issues, the firm has to come up with the culture of an organization that dictates how the employees operate.
