Discussion 11 Effective communication between a manager and several other departments is very important for an entire organization. Communication can be defined as the replace of information, emotion and thought among individuals of groups. In simple words, communication plays a basic role in corresponding organizational and individual objectives. Communication is the movement of transmission of thoughts and information. As an IT manager, I would like to use several strategies to for communicating IT information to other departments, including: Meeting Gathering employees into a room emphasis attention also forces employees to pay attention up to a point. During the meeting, all employees focus on a specific point or issue and communicate with each other how to resolve that issue. So, as an information technology manager, I would like to hold a meeting in which all employee take a part of a specific topic. The meeting is the best method for communicating IT information to several others. Long-winded administrative monologues will soon drive the ideas of even the most dedicated employee wandering (Dr. Shipra Agarwal, 2012). Telephone The telephone is also an indispensable contrivance in a progressively more globalized domain. It is a superior communication mechanism than email when brainstorming or an employee’s effort required throughout the discussion. This type of communication saves a lot of time of both manager and department. Some communications, for example, condolences, disciplinary, confidential and sensitive issues, should be controlled with a private phone call. In that case, telephone communication becomes very helpful to resolve several problems occur between manage and department. Teleconferencing calls get people mutually from all over the association at a part of the cost of meeting and travel facilities (Masuki, et al., 2010). Face to face Face to face communication is also becoming very beneficial during communicating IT information to another department. Face to face communication helps in expanding network also enhancing upcoming communication. As an information technology manager, I would like to use face to face communication as it energizes a positive environment and a connection. So, these are several strategies becomes beneficial for communication IT information to other departments (Battiston, Vidal, & Kirchmaier, 2017). References Battiston, D., Vidal, J.
