areas of impact and ways to institutionalize

  • Adds value to the overall performance and efficiency of employees (Vermeeren, Steijn, Tummers, Lankhaar, Poerstamper & Beeks (2014)
  • Recommendation1:
  • Provision of clear tasks to the employees

Achieved through revising and dividing employees task into groups.

Inability to relate the role played by the HR towards realizing the companies goal was one of the key issues to be tackled. Through provision of clear task description and expected service delivery, the hr department will ensure that each and every member will be able to receive the expected services (Vermeeren, et al., 2014)

This will in turn improve the overall performance of the employees and the company at large. In order to institute this in the company’s operations, the HR department will have to revise the task descriptions for each and every employee group. • Recommendation 2:

Recommendations
areas of impact and ways to institutionalize

  • Adds value to the people, clients and performance (cooke , 2003)
  • Recommendation 3:
  • Improve customer relationships

The HR will devise a system to allow the employees develop close relationships to their clients.

Employees will be assigned a group of clients for a period of time

Customer relationships are the key drivers to retaining customers. Relationships established between the customers and their service providers lead to increased customer satisfaction (Adhikari,2010) and contribute, by a large percentage, overall growth of customer population. Since customer retainment is the major concern of the management, establishment of a customer relationship management model within the human resource department will be key to improving the overall business performance (Cooke, 2003), and ensuring that this particular weakness is overcome.
